Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a dispatcher to coordinate communications with all parties involved in casino operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least three years’ experience; a one-year certificate from college or technical school is preferred; strong verbal and written skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years' experience; 1-year certificate from college/technical school preferred, or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and presentation abilities; able to write reports and procedures; able to respond to questions from groups.

Responsibilities

• Operate various communications equipment and CAD systems per FCC regs and SOPs.
• Maintain continuous contact with team members in the field via radio and phone.
• Monitor alarms and surveillance in assigned areas; provide on-the-job training for new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
