Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Security Dispatcher to serve as the central contact between the casino and security officers. You will manage radio and phone communications, monitor CCTV, and assist guests while maintaining security procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, or enrolled and to complete within six months.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; panel interview may be required.
• Experience in customer relations or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and radio messages; log calls and coordinate emergency responses.
• Control radio net and direct responses per procedures; verify authorization to enter BOH.
• Monitor CCTV, screen visitors, issue temporary badges, and log events.
• Maintain keys, logs for fleet vehicles, and coordinate EMS or law enforcement as needed.
• Handle lost and found items and support back-of-house operations as assigned.
