Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience winning portfolio business in technology or security solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and decision-makers.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Comfort with annual sales targets and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across mid-market to Fortune 1000 and multi-family clients.
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, decision-makers, and key influencers.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer challenges and develop tailored security solutions.
• Sell solution based technologies and services, including: Access Control Systems; Video Surveillance Solutions; Visitor Management Platforms; Managed Security Services.
• Develop and close multi-year contracts with recurring monthly revenue (RMR).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to support successful solution design and deployment.
• Partner with industry-leading technology providers to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
