Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems and CCTV systems.
• Experience servicing Intrusion, Access Control and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
• Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
