Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting fire systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in service and installation of security and fire systems hardware.
• Collaborate with team to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
• Create documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
• Complete training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
• Maintain inventory records for hardware and tools.
• Keep tools, vehicles, and equipment in good order.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to support requests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
