Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills for all levels of personnel.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Supervise staff on the assigned shift and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Contribute to a safe and professional site operation and client satisfaction.
