Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking a security professional to supervise a team and ensure top-tier service across assigned sites in Michigan. The role focuses on operational presence, staff training, and strict adherence to client and company policies.

You will oversee daily site operations, maintain professional grooming standards, and communicate with clients while supporting DK Security GIFTS program. This full-time position offers growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Military veterans and people with security, firefighting, department of corrections, or law enforcement experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must not have been convicted of any felonies.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-12 hours; lift at least 50 lbs. (70 lbs. for armed work).
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and AED certified (or willing to become certified).
• Must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week in a billable, uniform capacity.
• Direct, supervise, and manage subordinates in the execution of appropriate strategies.
• Oversee the training of all assigned officers and ensure they are carrying out duties per post guidelines.
• Ensure appearance, grooming and professional image of all staff.
• Maintain regular client communication and report to the operations manager.
• Uphold DK’s customer service GIFTS program with all officers.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and uniforms and report problems.
• Be available to receive calls and handle scheduling issues.
