Job summary

DK Security, Inc is seeking a Security Operations Manager for Southeast Michigan, based in Troy. The role leads Supervisors and Security Officers across contract sites, ensuring client relations, site visits, and timely uniforms are maintained.

Flexible schedule and field work are required, with 16 billable hours per week. A Michigan CPL and CPR/First Aid certifications are mandatory, and travel throughout Southeast MI is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles and strong communication.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast MI and surrounding areas.
• Must have 16 billable hours per week and CPL license.
• Ability to work in the field with a flexible schedule.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified and able to be Skill Evaluator.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: lead Supervisors and Security Officers and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee client relationships and assigned operations manager.
• Ensure site visits are completed and uniforms issued timely.
• Maintain positive employee relationships and conduct performance appraisals.
• Implement progressive disciplinary actions per policy in coordination with HR.
• Foster client relations and ensure 16 billable hours per week.
• Maintain up-to-date training programs; CPR/First Aid/MFR certifications.
• Oversee temporary accounts and MOUs for deployments.
• Payroll and billing data submission; ensure accuracy.
• Conduct site visits documented in prescribed format.
• Maintain inventory of DK-owned equipment and uniforms.
