Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Security Management concentration preferred.
• Concealed Pistols License (CPL) preferred or willing to obtain.
• Impeccable grooming and professional image.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and oversight of client contracts.
• Oversee relationships between client contacts and site staff.
• Ensure site visits are conducted and employees are outfitted promptly.
• Maintain training compliance and safety standards.
• Recruit, deploy, and schedule security staff; manage overtime/payroll.
• Support business development and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing and reporting duties.
