Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead Security Ambassadors, enforce safety rules, and safeguard guests and assets across the casino and hotel.

The role requires strong leadership, incident investigation skills, and the ability to coordinate with local law enforcement. A high school diploma and security experience are essential; an Ohio Gaming License is required eventually. Expect varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of law enforcement and/or casino security experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain an Ohio Gaming Occupational License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Security Ambassadors on shift.
• Train and coach staff; maintain professional conduct.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) rules.
• Maintain safety, order, and assets across the casino and hotel.
• Investigate disturbances and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and staff records.
• Enforce policies, control crowds, and manage safety drills.
• Provide excellent service and respond calmly to incidents.
• Maintain visibility to ensure a safe gaming environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to serve guests better.
