Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Cincinnati is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead Security Ambassadors on a shift, train staff, and provide clear direction to create a safe environment for guests and employees. This role maintains employee files and coaches team members, while upholding the high standards of service that our guests expect.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 5 years of law enforcement experience and/or casino security experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Security Ambassadors on shift.
• Maintain employee files and coach staff to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Casino Control Commission regulations and company policies.
• Monitor incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Cooperate with federal, state and local law enforcement as needed.
• Be accountable for service goals and customer/employee relations.
• Instruct and monitor Ambassadors in daily duties including report writing and incident management.
