Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college certificate preferred.
• Experience in surveillance operations and supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Cincinnati for gaming entertainment.
• Build and retain guest relations while mentoring team members to deliver superior guest service.
• Understand department objectives, standards, and budget for effective supervision.
• Maintain training procedures to ensure extraordinary guest service.
• Follow company and departmental procedures; assist authorities in investigations when required.
• Maintain current information on local criminal activity and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure high levels of guest service.
• Provide incident support to management for sensitive situations.
• Ensure proper procedures for VLTs, Cashiers, drops, etc., are implemented.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on security incidents.
