Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire qualified Security Officers to support branch staffing and operational success.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for connecting candidates with meaningful career opportunities. This role focuses on building pipelines, conducting interviews, and partnering with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or related experience.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking or recruiting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recruiting pipelines through job fairs, community organizations, educational institutions, military transition programs, workforce agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Establish and nurture relationships with external organizations and recruiting sources to increase applicant flow and support hiring goals.
• Conduct candidate outreach, initial interviews, application reviews, and preliminary screening to identify qualified Security Officer candidates.
• Partner with branch leadership to support recruiting campaigns, advertising initiatives, and workforce planning strategies.
• Match candidate qualifications with open positions and educate applicants on job responsibilities, schedules, compensation, benefits, and company expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
