Job summary

Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. seeks a proactive Recruiter to lead targeted recruiting efforts for Security Officers and field staff.

You will place announcements, conduct interviews (virtual and in-person), and manage candidate pipelines using ATS tools. The role emphasizes building partnerships with operations, attending job fairs, and communicating clearly about duties, compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• U.S Citizenship preferred.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a government security clearance.
• Ability to acquire and maintain other specific clearances/access requirements (dependent on assignment).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential recruiting sources for Security Officers and other field staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting partners and operations to increase applicant flow.
• Conduct interviews and refer qualified candidates for further screening.
• Support applicant screening by administering assessments and coordinating followup interviews from job fair leads and other sourcing events.
• Review applications and evaluate candidates’ work history, qualifications, and compensation needs.
• Match applicants to job openings by reviewing requisitions and utilizing manual and digital search tools.
• Provide applicants with clear information about job duties, schedules, compensation, benefits, policies, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of applicants not selected for hire.
• Develop and recommend effective recruiting campaigns and advertising strategies (digital, print, radio, TV, etc.).
• Work extensively within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
• Perform additional related tasks as needed to support business objectives.
