Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years documented experience with Security Solutions including Card Access, Intrusion and CCTV.
• Knowledge of test equipment, multimeter, digital analyzer and commissioning devices.
• Experience installing, inspecting, repairing and programming card access and CCTV.
• Fire alarm experience is a plus.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals and manuals.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Can perform physical labor up to 50-70 lbs and climb ladders or work in tight spaces.
• Flexible hours including weekends; overnight travel may be required.
• Strong customer service and safe work practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform service/repairs on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems at customer sites.
• Provide customers with high level service to solve building inefficiencies and issues.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures using manuals and change notices.
• Read schematics, diagrams and manuals to support service activities.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain signed service acknowledgments.
• Available for on-call emergency service and provide quotes for recommendations.
• Maintain truck inventory and adhere to safety guidelines.
