Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Service Technician to diagnose and repair card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems and related building controls at customer sites. You will deliver high‑quality service and practical solutions to improve building performance and energy efficiency. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of card access/CCTV experience, a Mass.

D license, and the ability to read blueprints. The role requires travel, on-call availability, lifting up to 50–70 lbs, and a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

• 2+ years of card access and CCTV experience.
• Mass D License at minimum.
• Familiar with test equipment and commissioning devices.
• Experience reading blueprints, submittals, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform service/repair on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems at customer sites.
• Provide high level service to resolve building inefficiencies and service items.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to manuals.
