Qualifications

• 5 years in low-voltage or security industry.
• Knowledge of major security platforms (Bosch/Radionics, Honeywell, Firelite, Silent Knight, DMP, DSC, Kantech, exacq).
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot intrusion, IP CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Inspect systems for proper functionality and provide written or digital reports.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency.
• Test system operation and coordinate with monitoring centers and authorities as needed.
• Assist fellow technicians and complete required paperwork.
