Qualifications

• 5 years in low-voltage or security industry.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass thorough background and identity checks.
• Experience with major security platforms (Bosch/Radionics, Honeywell, Firelite, Silent Knight, DMP, DSC).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot intrusion, IP CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems from multiple manufacturers.
• Inspect systems to ensure proper functionality and provide reports to customer and company.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist fellow service technicians with repairs and complete minor tasks including battery replacement.
• Test system operation and ensure proper connectivity to customer monitoring center.
