Job summary

Koorsen Fire & Security Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Security System Salesperson to drive growth across our security products and systems, including intrusion, video surveillance, access control, intercom, and monitoring.

You will develop quotes, build trusted relationships with contractors and end-user customers, and pursue new business opportunities in the Nashville area with a focus on delivering measurable results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous commercial security systems sales experience.
• Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of IT functionality.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Koorsen Security products and systems (Intrusion, Video, Access Control, Intercom, Monitoring).
• Develop quotes with Engineering and Operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with branch customers, contractors, and end users.
• Identify security system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes.
• Coordinate system demos for prospective contractors and customers.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Follow safety regulations and Koorsen policies; pursue continual learning.
