Job summary

Kastle Systems in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate installation of access control, video, and related services. You will serve as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange to support smooth system installations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management experience, construction site exposure, and familiarity with IT networking for video systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• 5 or more years' successful experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working on/at construction sites and scheduling/negotiating with General Contractors.
• Understanding of IT Networks and Systems for video camera networking/installation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management support and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the Customer during implementation, coordinating needs and expectations.
• Develop and maintain a master Installation calendar/schedule to meet milestones and revenue goals.
• Initiate and conduct contract review and implementation, generate follow-up proposals and amendments as warranted.
• Monitor project costs and ensure the project stays within budget parameters.
• Provide regular progress updates and train clients on Kastle systems.
