Job summary

Kastle Systems is a leader in managed security, delivering access control, video, and remote monitoring for real estate clients. The Project Manager in Northern California will plan, schedule and coordinate activities within the Security Systems Installation group to ensure services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

You will work directly with clients, lead site installations, manage subcontractors and internal teams, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience on construction sites and coordinating with general contractors.
• Knowledge of IT networks and video camera installations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as project liaison between Kastle departments and clients during implementation.
• Initiates and conducts contract reviews and prepares follow-up proposals.
• Provides security system consultation and services in response to client requests.
• Attends construction meetings and prepares required drawings.
• Manages project schedules, progress reports, and invoicing directions.
• Maintains complete project documentation and turnover to Customer Service.
