Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installation of Access Control/Security and Video projects and related service requests. You will act as the single point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate information sharing and high-quality service delivery.

The role emphasizes coordinating across departments, managing milestones, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years’ experience successfully managing multiple projects.
• Experience on/at construction sites and scheduling/negotiating with General Contractors.
• Understanding of IT Networks and Systems for video camera networking/installation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing project management support.

Responsibilities

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and customers during implementation.
• Develop and maintain a master installation calendar to meet milestones and revenue goals.
• Initiate contract reviews and generate follow-up proposals and amendments.
• Monitor project costs to ensure budgets and positive margins.
• Provide security system consultations in response to customer requests.
• Generate schedules, oversee floor plan creation, and report on progress.
