Job summary

Kastle Systems in Falls Church, VA seeks a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and coordinate installation of access control, video, and related services for our commercial and multifamily clients. You will be the single point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.

The role requires 5+ years managing multiple projects, experience on construction sites, and knowledge of IT networks for video installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience working on construction sites and coordinating with general contractors.
• Understanding of IT networks and systems for video installations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as project liaison between Kastle departments and the customer during installation.
• Develop and maintain a master installation calendar to meet milestones and revenue goals.
• Review contracts and generate proposals and amendments as warranted.
• Monitor costs to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate training and handoff from installation to service teams.
• Maintain project documentation for turnover to Customer Service.
