Qualifications

• Minimum ten years designing, installing, integrating electronic security systems.
• Within this timeframe, at least five years managing nationwide security installation federal contracts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline; MS degree preferred.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Experience using CPM scheduling and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of electronic security systems at facilities nationwide.
• Establish procedures to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
• Manage site managers and supervisors.
• Interface with customer personnel and subcontractors; resolve issues.
• Prepare installation proposals, schedules, and change orders.
• Maintain as-builts and documentation; monitor cash flow.
