Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ten years+ experience is required
• Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Associate in Project Management (APM) certification required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Knowledge of General Project Management, CCTV, Card Access and other pertinent Security Systems, IT systems and protocols
• General Computer knowledge including Excel is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security system projects across Montefiore Health System from concept to completion
• Translate strategic directives into actionable project plans and ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Track and maintain project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and invoices
• Solicit, review, and level competitive bids from approved vendors
• Prepare bid comparisons and recommendations for Security leadership review and approval
