Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Ten years+ experience is required.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Associate in Project Management (APM) certification required, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
• Must have knowledge of General Project Management, CCTV, Card Access and other pertinent Security Systems, IT systems and protocols.
• General Computer knowledge including Excel is preferred.

This role leads and coordinates complex security system projects across the Montefiore Health System, covering CCTV, Card Access, Panic and Burglar Alarm systems, and related initiatives from concept to completion. The Project Manager serves as the department’s subject matter expert and liaison, translating strategic directives from leadership into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with institutional standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position does not include direct supervision but provides guidance, mentorship, and coordination across teams to achieve departmental goals. The Project Manager will track and maintain project budgets, commitments, expenditures, invoices, and available balances. Make timely and accurate project-related entries in the Strata and Infor systems and reconcile, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
