Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Ten years or more experience in project management.
• CPM or APM certification required; PMP preferred.
• Experience with CCTV and security systems; IT systems knowledge.
• Strong budgeting and vendor bid evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge strategic direction from upper management to daily operations for security projects.
• Lead and coordinate CCTV, Card Access, Panic and Burglar Alarm projects from concept to completion.
• Track and maintain project budgets, commitments, expenditures, invoices, and balances.
• Enter project data in Strata and Infor systems; reconcile invoices and generate financial reports.
• Solicit, review, and level bids from approved vendors; prepare comparisons and recommendations.
