Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Ten years+ experience in security or project management.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Associate in Project Management (APM) certification required; PMP Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Card Access and other security systems; IT protocols.
• Proficiency with Excel and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead security system projects from concept to completion across Montefiore Health System.
• Track budgets, commitments, expenditures, invoices and balances; maintain records.
• Solicit, review and level vendor bids; prepare bid comparisons for leadership review.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts; ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Enter project data in Strata and Infor; support financial reporting.
