Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site project leader to manage fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom system projects. You will coordinate hardware design, software programming, installation, commissioning, and project closeout with customers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include managing costs, billings, and collections, pursuing change orders, and ensuring safety and compliance. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of electricity and electronics.
• Ability to read and understand complex building plans, schedules and docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom projects.
• Manage project costs, billings and collections while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and Johnson Controls teams throughout project lifecycle.
