Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead complex fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects across commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and military facilities. You will establish local project offices, define scope, manage risk, allocate resources, and track progress to meet schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include overseeing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, presenting updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely, on-scope

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical/Electronic or Security.
• PM certification to be obtained within 2 years.
• NICET Level II within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects.
• Manage schedule, cost, safety, quality and customer expectations/satisfaction.
• Present project updates to management/customers.
• Ensure projects are closed on time and in scope.
