Omni Data, a trusted systems integrator, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover Southeast Florida. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, build relationships with contractors and facility managers, and coordinate with engineering and field teams to ensure successful installations.

You will advise on life safety and security solutions, read proposals and scopes, and stay updated on codes and trends to drive long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of outside sales in life safety, fire alarm, physical security, or building systems.
• Ability to close complex, multi-trade projects, not just transactional sales.
• Comfort reading and interpreting proposals, scopes of work, and basic system drawings.
• Strong project management instincts and relentless follow-through to move deals.
• Self-starter able to manage a pipeline independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and develop new business across Southeast Florida—contractors, facility managers, property owners, municipalities.
• Own the full sales cycle—from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Manage projects through delivery and coordinate with engineering, PM, and field teams.
• Write and present proposals with scopes of work, BOMs, and pricing for life safety and security projects.
• Build long-term relationships to grow recurring revenue through service contracts and expansions.
• Stay current on NFPA 72, IBC codes, and technology trends to position Omni Data effectively.
