Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead - Security Systems to oversee the on-site installation and implementation of security systems, including card access, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion systems.

The role serves as the primary on-site leader, supervising crew leads and technicians, coordinating with the Project Manager, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and per customer and manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of security systems installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Card Access Systems, CCTV Systems, CATV Systems, Intrusion Systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Knowledge of universal communications color codes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project.
• Valid driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Security Systems Crew Leads and installation teams.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and project performance.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Coordinate project execution with Security Systems Project Managers.
• Complete required documentation (timesheets, work orders, change orders, material transfers, tool logs, etc.).
• Serve as the primary customer contact on-site.
• Attend construction and facility meetings as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
• Ensure adherence to engineered drawings, specifications, and company standards.
