Job summary

IES Communications seeks a Crew Lead - Security Systems to act as on-site coordinator and crew lead supervising technicians in the installation of card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems. You will ensure quality, safety and efficiency while coordinating with the Project Manager and handling on-site customer communications.

The role requires 5+ years in security systems installation and at least 6 months of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum five years of experience in security systems installation.
Minimum six months supervisory or managerial experience.
Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
Knowledge of universal color codes.
Must meet company driving standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise several Technicians - Security Systems and provide training.
Ensure safety and quality guidelines are followed; hold weekly safety meetings.
Coordinate with SS Project Manager to ensure productivity and budget compliance.
Complete all project paperwork on time (timesheets, change orders, etc.).
Serve as main on-site customer contact and attend meetings when required.
Diagnose and troubleshoot card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion issues.
