ADT is seeking a Field Operations Installer to help bring our smart security solutions to life for homes and businesses across the country. You will install wiring, test systems, and ensure reliable connections while educating customers on features and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first communication style.
• Self-directed with solid time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections, including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
