ADT’s Field Operations team recruits skilled installers to bring smart security solutions to homes and businesses. You will install low-voltage wiring, mount devices, and perform site assessments while ensuring proper system testing and reliable monitoring center communications.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with computer hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-first communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage wiring and mount devices per site layouts and routing plans.
• Perform site assessments and system testing, verify connections including monitoring center communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies.
• Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
