Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Installation Technician to assess customer needs, design and install security systems in homes or small businesses, and educate customers on system operation.

You will work closely with customers to select optimal equipment, install and test the setup, ensure reliable signaling, and follow safety practices while keeping sites clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal system and equipment with the customer.
• Install and test equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal.
• Evaluate information and provide best location solution.
• Identify opportunities to improve system use and functionality.
• Follow safety practices to avoid injury and property damage.
• Protect materials and tools; keep job sites orderly.
• Leave sites clean and in better condition than started.
• Collaborate with customers and coworkers in a dynamic environment.
• Visit customers’ homes or businesses to provide solutions.
