Job summary

Gabriel Defense is seeking a Field Service Technician in Little Rock, AR to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain integrated security and low voltage systems at customer sites, including video surveillance, access control, weapon detection, and DAS.

Your hands-on experience, strong technical ability, and excellent customer service are essential as you perform installations, maintenance, and on-site training, read blueprints, and document service reports; local travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years industry experience.
• Preferred certifications: Avigilon or other security platforms; low-voltage or access control certifications; OSHA 10/30; CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot security and DAS systems.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics and system documentation.
• Provide onsite technical support and customer training.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
• Travel locally around Little Rock, AR area.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory.
