Job summary

Arkansas Public Safety Solutions (APSS) in Little Rock, AR seeks an Install Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot video surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems for government, education, and enterprise clients. The role requires extensive travel and on-site presence.

As a full-time technician you will be part of a team, support project timelines, and participate in on-call rotations. A high school diploma or GED is required; relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Relevant technical experience and certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 95%).

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) and Access Control Management (ACM).
• Program, provision, and commission systems prior to site turnover.
• Provide customer training and ensure successful turnover of systems.
• Coordinate with PMO, Sales, and Management on scope changes and risks.
• Maintain project documentation and QA site visits.
