Job summary

Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair, maintain, and install security systems across the Atlanta area. You will handle access control, video security, intrusion, alarm, infant protection, and intercom systems at client sites.

You must respond quickly to service calls, install according to standards, read blueprints, and communicate progress to customers while maintaining inventory and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in commercial security systems installation or service.
• Networking skills and 1 year experience programming access and video systems.
• Factory and/or internal security system certifications to work independently.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Smartsheet; IP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within assigned area and restore systems to full functionality.
• Install systems according to Tech Systems Installation Standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Update tickets in service and project tracking system and communicate status to Customer Service.
