Qualifications

• Active US Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 9 years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of system administrators for on-site classified, accredited, and isolated networks.
• Oversee operations of Windows Server, Windows workstations, RHEL servers, Active Directory, email, endpoint security, backups, and network devices.
• Maintain compliance with DCSA, DoD Cybersecurity Workforce requirements, NIST standards, and program directives.
• Coordinate planning, system hardening, patching, and vulnerability management across RTS infrastructure.
• Support accreditation activities, incident handling, and customer security audits.
