PRSA Memphis is seeking a Security Systems Administrator to manage and maintain CCTV, access control, and alarm systems at Memphis International Airport. The role requires ensuring optimal operation, coordinating training, and providing guidance to users and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT or commercial security, a Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS, and strong skills in network security, incident reporting, and security system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, CS or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years in IT or commercial security systems.
• Experience configuring and servicing access control and video management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee video management system, access control, alarms and other security technologies.
• Regularly review security system functionality for coverage and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues in physical security systems.
• Diagnose root causes of malfunctions and implement fixes or escalate as needed.
• Train end users and provide guidance on security equipment usage.
• Lead design and implementation of security systems ensuring performance standards.
• Manage projects from conception to completion including budgeting and scheduling.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for alarm monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to assess program effectiveness.
