Job summary

Tech Systems is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Project Manager in Nashville, TN, to oversee access control, video surveillance, and integrated security system installations. You will coordinate with the Account Management Team and lead subcontract labor to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required scope.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, CSPM certification within one year, and at least three years of security systems installation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CSPM Certification required within one (1) year of role.
• 3+ years prior work experience in security systems installation or related field.
• ACS/video system programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation projects and manage subcontract labor to meet schedule.
• Verify system programming and resolve issues before customer acceptance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and per scope.
• Coordinate with Account Management during Booking Review to align BOM.
• Plan acceptance with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and respond to service calls when needed.
• Uphold safety policies and maintain safe work practices.
