Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a System Administrator 2 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role involves monitoring, maintaining and testing physical security systems, including access control, CCTV and PSIM, at a single on-site location.

You will triage and resolve issues, communicate with customers and vendors, and participate in preventive maintenance and documentation efforts for diverse clients across growth markets.

Qualifications

• Requires system administrator experience, triage, problem resolution, and workstation deployment.
• Understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and test Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM, and Integrated Electronic Systems.
• Triage customer support calls and provide Tier 1/2 escalation as needed.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.
