Job summary

Interface Systems seeks an experienced Security and Fire Alarm Technician to diagnose and resolve issues while maintaining alarm, CCTV, access control and network systems. You will install and service security and video surveillance equipment, wireless devices, and cabling in the Memphis area.

The role requires hands-on field work, inventory control, customer training, and adherence to safety standards. A valid driver’s license and NICET certification are a plus, with company-provided tools and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Verifiable field experience in electronic security is expected.
• Comfortable reading and understanding technical documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain Intrusion, Fire, Video Surveillance, Network and VoIP integrated systems.
• Work in the field to diagnose and resolve service issues.
• Train customers on Interface provided systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and document items per policy.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to OSHA policies.
