Bally’s Corporation is seeking a security team lead in Kansas City, MO. The role involves staffing oversight, assigning tasks, interviewing and training new team members, and enforcing disciplinary actions.

You will investigate incidents, review security activities with the Shift Manager, and address intoxicated guests while ensuring safety and confidentiality across sensitive information. The position requires handling reports, responding to calls, and leading emergency drills.

• Knowledge of internal controls.


• Knowledge of applicable OSHA regulations.


• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.


• Read, write, and understand complex instructions.


• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Target Salary Range

$21.00 to $23.50
