Job summary

Bally’s Corporation in Stateline, NV, is hiring for a security officer to enforce policies, monitor alarms, conduct investigations and assist guests and Team Members. The role includes maintaining licensing requirements, performing duties on the casino floor, and providing a visible security presence on shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and must maintain valid Gaming cards/licenses. Morning to evening shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of relevant security experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess and maintain applicable regional Gaming card(s) and/or required license(s).
• Officers aware of all company policies, procedures, rules, and safety regulations. Regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Enforces all company policies, procedures, rules and guidelines.
• Monitors EAS fire alarm system responds to all assignments as dispatched or directed.
• Conducts investigations into and generates reports on any crime or other incidents or accidents occurring within the resort property.
• Provides assistance, information and service to guests and Team Members.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor.
• Must be able to wear a mask while on duty.
• Handles all monetary transactions between the Cage and Gaming Tables in compliance with Gaming regulations, and as requested by Management.
• Distributes Gaming table cash boxes and handle box pulls for count team.
• Provides escort for slot drop, stand-bys, etc. as needed.
• Provides a visible command presence on the Gaming floor

Target Salary Range

• $18.00 per hour
