Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.

• Meet state/local licensure and/or legal requirements.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Able to lift/move up to 40 pounds; walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Target video surveillance and de-escalation techniques.
• Perform merchandise receipt checks to prevent theft and shortages.
