Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to help protect guests, team members and assets. You will use intelligence‑led practices, respond to incidents, deter theft, and support a safe, welcoming shopping environment across the store.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, meet state licensure requirements, and be able to lift up to 40 pounds. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required. Training is provided along with competitive benefits.
