Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items, ensuring a friendly experience.
• Help guests resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents promptly and document them in the case system.
• Monitor store activity using video surveillance and protect merchandise.
• Prevent theft and assist with merchandise receipt checks per AP policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain safe store conditions.
