Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to and document security incidents in the case management system.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support theft apprehension per AP policies.
• Prevent theft by checking receipts and recognizing trends.
• Utilize Target's video surveillance system to monitor store areas.
